Paul is a native English teacher born in Manchester. After graduating in Environmental Management, he worked for the UK Government for the Ministry of the Environment for ten years before moving to the beautiful region of Marche in Italy in 2010.
Based in Porto Recanati, Paul, now resident in Italy, has taught academically in more than 50 companies. This includes senior executives at multinational companies around Italy and at senior manager level at many of the most well-known companies in the region.
Paul is dynamic, knowledgeable and innovative with over 10,000 hours of intermediate to advanced level teaching experience. Paul combines English tuition with high level discourse on topics such as business strategy, problem resolution, management of individuals / teams and increasing productivity. In addition to guaranteeing constant linguistic improvement, Paul can be of strategic and motivational support, both for the team and for the individual.

Paul Bland Volunteer Experience
Paul Bland conducted a solo exhibition to Button Island Sulawesi, Indonesia to carry out scientific research on the distribution and identification of the Tarsier species.

Paul Bland Athletic Achievements
Paul Bland represented Great Britain in the 2019 in the European indoor athletics championships in Ancona, Italy. March 2009 -60 and 200 metres semi-finalist. Final Result: Number 15 in Europe in the 35 to 40 age group.

Paul Bland Achievements
Paul Bland led a scientific exhibition in Borneo. Discovery of a new species of aquatic ciliate in collaboration with the institute of fresh water ecology. Climbed Mt Kinabalu (4,032m) for charity.
